Were someone to describe Paul and my strong suites, story resolution would not rank in the top ten categories. But I like to think that we've cleared the very, very low bar that we've set for ourselves.

More often than not, which is to say every fucking time that we do this, our continuities are started without a clear ending in mind. In this creative state, known in the artistic world as "deadline panic," we find ourselves in some kind of Zen-State-Of-Being, which lends itself to such phrases as: "They would eat Toad first. He's a mushroom." 

No matter where you go, it will always remain true; you do your best work when everyone's watching.
