If you haven't seen Watchmen yet, please allow me to shed a little light on today's strip; there are miles of Glowing Blue Penis in that thing. Quantum miles. And Paul tells me that there's some swinging pipe in GTA: Lost and The Damned. I wouldn't know. I haven't investigated it for myself, and I don't see that situation changing in the immediate future.

Also, if you're not familiar with the process of 3D modeling, you might not understand that those guys stare at reference photos for ages, finding little details to make their models photorealistic. A lot of them have mirrors next to their computer monitors so they can see what facial expressions look like.

Tom here probably has a hand mirror. For different angles. I'm just saying.

Back in my formative years, I was actually super into 3D Modeling. What? I was! Check this out if you don't believe me. I eventually tired of it when I realized I was never going to work for George Lucas, no matter what.

That reminds me; during my tenure as a clerk at a local video store during college, the head of the 3D animation department came in and rented a bunch of porn from my store. So at least we had that in common.

I'm on the Webcomics Interviews and Reviews podcast tonight, which is yesterday to you unwashed masses. I find I'm actually a bit nervous. This is the first time I've bothered anyone with a podcast about TCG, and I'm concerned he might start asking questions I'm not prepared to answer. Like, "What's with all the dick jokes?" Luckily, I'll have an answer on hand; Paul. He won't be participating in this interview, so I can blame him for everything.

Seriously, though, I'm excited to have someone who isn't related to me asking questions about the strip. I expect you all to listen to it.

Also, we finally completed our Joe Loves Crappy Movies guest strip! That's right, ladies and gentlemen. We're about to hit the big-time. It goes up on the 20th in honor of a particular actor's newest film. You'll understand why when you see the strip. By the way, if you have a webcomic, email us and we'll see if we can't trade some guest strips.
